We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with background in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field to join our team as a Commercial and Merchant Risk Modeling Specialist for a client in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial and merchant risk models, incorporating new data intelligence from internal and external sources, and collaborating with strategy and market risk teams across the globe to drive model usage and identify business opportunities through model enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Create and update commercial and merchant risk models.
Integrate new data sources into risk modeling processes.
Collaborate with strategy and market risk teams to implement model usage and identify potential business opportunities.
Analyze customer cases to uncover new model/variable opportunities.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in analytics, data science, machine learning, or a related field
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, MBA, economics, statistics, or a related field from a top-tier institute.

Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis into business insights and recommendations.

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals, and influence others
Proficiency in understanding and synthesizing data, breaking down business problems, and executing ideas.

Relevant statistical analysis/econometric experience, with the ability to effectively translate analytical findings to business implications.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a highly cross-functional environment, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
