We are searching for a professional and courteous Account Manager at A&O Design with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers and bring new clients on board. They will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, updating client details, and upselling services to clients.

This is an opportunity to work with Indian & international clients across industries like FMCG, Beauty & Lifestyle, Automobile, Technology, Education, and F&B.

To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. The noteworthy client services manager should provide timely solutions to clients’ problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests, and assist in developing marketing material and sales strategies.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the related ongoing activities

• Conduct research in required projects, prepare business proposals, pitch decks, etc. and coordinating with the creative team to set project goals/timelines

• Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting targets/goals. Proof checking and quality control of all outgoing work for successful delivery

• Conducting meetings with clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects

• Establishing relationships with new clients, and maintaining & nurturing business relationships with existing clients

• Coordinating with the finance departments for billing and invoicing and with vendors, who work across the ongoing projects

• Inspiring repeat business from clients.

Specifications for this role:

1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Business degree or related qualification.

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
