Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (with a minimum of 1 year of experience) to work with our Content Team to research, plan, create and schedule social media content.

The responsibilities of a social media manager would include:

• Develop creative social media strategies that align with the business goals of the company and its clients
• Prepare social media calendars for various brands and businesses in affiliation with the company
• Oversee results, augment content plan with social media tools
• Combine paid ad plans and organic techniques to attain various goals
• Supervise client Social Media accounts, layouts, posts and engagement metrics
• Help designers and copywriters in the content creation process
• Aid and advice employees on how to develop a social media culture within the company
• Boost Social Media Marketing by hosting competitions, utilising hashtags and engagement-driving posts

Skills you need to have:

• Solid understanding of social media and the various social platforms
• Copy and editing skills
• Awareness of social trends and opportunities
• Communication skills necessary to work with clients from across the world
• An eye for detail and analytics to measure the success of social campaigns
• Additional knowledge of Design tools will be considered a plus

You should be familiar with the necessary tools including:

• Diverse social media platforms
• Google My Business
• Google Analytics
• SEMrush (or other SEO tools)
