• Description

? Identify valuable franchisees from current offline pharmacists in the market and convert them to Pharmeasy
franchisee
? Documentation and onboarding of new franchisee till they go live on PE platform
? Coordination with all internal teams and existing franchisee network for lead generation and scaling up

• Requirements

? More than 1+ years of experience in field business development
? Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred
? Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
? Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers.” Must be metrics-driven.
? Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and
succinctly
? Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage
? Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
? Need to be a good conversation starter to be able to do walk-in selling
? Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desired.Note: This is not an office desk role and based on the field. Will also have a requirement to travel time to time.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR400,000.00 – INR500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
