Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Daily MIS reporting & dashboards
- Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
- Professional in Microsoft Office(Excel, Power point, MS Access, Word)
- Professional in Excel Macros
- Preparing Roster & Scheduling
- Experience in Manpower Planning
- Knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage ,BPO KPIs & KRAs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum education required is Graduation
- Should have 2 years of documented experience as MIS/WFM in BPO
- Good PC Skills ,especially MS Excel
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Organization & Management Skills
- Decision – Making Skills
- Qualities of a good leader include integrity, accountability, empathy, humility, resilience, vision, influence, and positivity
