Responding to emails, calls and messages2. Scheduling in person and virtual meetings and calls.3. Keeping google calendar and notifications updated at all times4. Noting down details and dates for follow ups for vendors, stakeholders and anyone that the director needs to be in touch with.5. Drafting letters, notices, authorization letters etc.6. Keeping all documents safely – both hard and soft copies7. Managing complete itinerary – from flight bookings, to hotel and cabs.Key requirements :1. Prior experience of working as a personal assistant or secretary.2. Experience of working on google calendar and scheduling meetings.3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience of being a personal assistant to the Director.4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.5. Must be a techns savvy – must be able to use new age softwares and google information.6.
