Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Cluster Visual Merchandiser to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Delhi and Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, and product presentation. This role is crucial for enhancing the in-store customer experience and driving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in visual merchandising, retail display design, and product presentation (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent store layout planning to optimize customer flow and highlight promotional items strategically.
• Strong inventory management skills to ensure the right mix and quantity of products are displayed.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills to understand and meet customer needs through visual elements.
• Ability to analyze market trends and incorporate them into visual merchandising strategies.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with store managers, marketing departments, and other stakeholders.
• Creativity and innovation in developing unique and appealing visual displays to attract customers.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics to ensure high standards of visual presentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement in-store visual merchandising strategies that align with the companys brand image and objectives.
• Design and set up appealing product displays to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
• Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
• Analyze store performance and customer feedback to continuously improve merchandising effectiveness.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise levels to ensure the availability of key products and a well-organized appearance.
• Stay updated with the latest visual merchandising trends and competitor strategies to keep displays fresh and attractive.
• Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies in all visual merchandising activities.
