Job description

· Making the system entries for each and every bill received and ensuring the payments are made to the suppliers within the stipulated time.

· Making a payment

· Maintaining a file of all the bills on a daily basis along with the appropriate Reports.

· Sending those bills entered for Manager’s approval.

· Accounting the Non – Petty cash payments.

· Manage all accounting transactions.

· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Required Candidate profile

· Knowledge and experience of GST, TDS.

· The Candidate should have experience working in Tally, MS- Excel, MS- Word.

· Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

· Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

· Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
