Job Description

COUNSELOR JOB ROLE : Purpose – SSM is responsible for taking care of end to end process of students recruitment cycle (application to visa processing)Performance Metrics

• Students enrollment, conversion of applications to student recruitment, actual registration of students
• Follow-up to conversion as per leads (category wise)
• Relationship Management post admissions

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic

• Should have good knowledge of sending students to UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia & USA.
• Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas
• Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies overseas. Hands on experience in Filing Visa Applications with the respective embassies.
• Applying to various universities/colleges overseas.
• Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.
• Maintaining records of students counselled and applications sent to overseas.
• Liaising with students, other offices
• Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations

Profile

• Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
• Committed to work on long term
• Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
• An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
• Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
• Strong IT skills

Work Experience

• 1- 2 years (Industry experience)

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR15,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
