JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for executing and administering assigned functions while ensuring effective employee engagements/experience
• Responsible for ensuring standard, timely and effective communication with all stakeholders of the Organization. Must be engaging with all the stakeholders with proactive communications leveraging the latest technology for wider awareness of Companies’ Brands.

Role & Responsibility

• To ensure effective Communication in a time-bound manner with all stakeholders.
• Should have proficient drafting/translation skills in English and Hindi.
• To ensure effective Public relations and Event Organization for brand awareness.
• To ensure effective Events within budgets for ensuring the brand awareness.
• To liaise with media for timely Press releases / Conferences / Media.
• To ensure Content Development for various internal and external Communications.
• To engage / coordinate with all the departments / functions for proactive communication releases.
• Responsible for the overall management of the HR Function.
• Manpower planning, cost-efficient recruitment, induction, and staffing as per the requirements of each department in the company
• Policy and procedure implementation of existing as well as new HR policy, procedures, and processes
• Establish and maintain multilateral communication channels and methods for enhanced transparency.
• Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
• Provide leadership to coach, develop and mentor teams of HRs.
• Branch visit & employee engagement.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA or any other management degree preferred )

RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 Years Experience in HR / Corporate Communication
