About the team

This role is a part of our RISC.

What you will be doing

Management of OS related Security and Vulnerability management
OS hardening and monitoring.
Managing the OS Patching of Windows systems to provide elevated level of security to the clients
Following FIS standards and projects polices
Ensuring the delivery in time.

What you bring

Good experience in IT operations, Windows Administration, Windows Server Patching, Vulnerability Remediation.
Experienced in Fixlet & Task Creating & Modification in BigFix.
Experienced in Windows Server Vulnerability Remediation & Patch Management.
Knowledge in PowerShell Scripting.
Experienced in Pulling Vulnerability Reports using Qualys Guard/Tenable IO.
Knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
Experience in Windows OS installation and configuration, Monitoring.
Experience in Software Installation and configuration.
Experience in IT Support Operations.
Experience in Creating Patching change request (CAB) & AD-hoc change raise. (ServiceNow)

Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of FIS’ products and services.
Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
Knowledge of financial services industry
Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
