Skills : Excellent communication, presentable, MS office knowledge, Customer facing

Qualification o Basics: Commercial or technical education, sales experiences in the used or new car business.

1 Inventory Management

 To keep a close track on the stock cars (all cars to be sold within 45 days of purchase).

 To keep a track on the No. of valuations done per month, should be any time in touch with new car sales Manager for Pricing on Preowned cars or Discounting on New cars.

 Should understand the dynamics on Preowned car Margins( Margin expectation on Preowned cars)

 Should moniter on the Collection TAT, Refurb TAT, RC Transfer TAT.  Should closely moniter on the implementation on all the standard policies laid down by Mercedes-Benz India.

2 Used Car Sales

 All preowned cars to be displayed according to the standards of Proven Exclusivity.

 Should monitor the customer complaints on priority basis with no over or false commitments by the team as that may hamper the performance.

• excellent knowledge on Preowned car pricing.

4. Reports : Daily, Weekly, Monthly
