We are a UK based online education institute providing vocational and professional courses for learners from all over the world.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive who is motivated and has great attention to detail and is capable of working independently and as part of a team.
As a Customer Service Executive you’ll be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues via email, live chat and on the phone, whilst maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
In addition, the job role also consists of the following:
