Looking for IT administrator,

• To upgrade hardware and software programs
• Should be well versed with Basic Computer Networking aspects.
• To perform data backup and recovery processes.
• To resolve issues with systems and programs
• Maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software.
• Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Provide support for onsite and remote associates via Incidents and Service Requests related to virtual servers, client PCs, applications, peripherals, client networking (wired and wireless) etc.
• Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers.
• Provides 1st/2nd level troubleshooting and proactively maintain end user systems and ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively communicate the status, plan of action(s), and resolution(s) of issues.
• Maintains data integrity, file systems, and overall security for the user enterprise environment.
• Maintain asset inventory.
• Provide vendor-certified hardware break/fix services, working with hardware vendors as Needed.
• Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems
