Any graduates with 3 years of Accounts executive experience can apply for the job.

Candidates should have experience in QUICKBOOks and MACROS in excel.

Key Responsibilities
 QuickBooks
 Zoho (Zoho Books; CRM; Subscription)

 TRACES (TDS Website for revisions)

 TALLY  MS Excel

 Email Communication

Requirements

 Maintaining company accounts & ledgers

 Have experience in Quickbooks and excel Macros

 Handling GST, TDS filings & other statutory requirements with the help of chartered accountant

 Re-conciliation with the Chartered accountants for IT & other statutory filings

 Bank re-conciliation of import & export documents

 Handling phone calls

 Salary payments

 Maintenance of daily reports on sales, purchases, customer payment receipts,

 General day to day office administration activities

 Email & telephone correspondence

Location – Chembur

Timing 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm
