We have opportunities in EMEA and the US. So the resource could be remote in either case, but would need to work local project hours. Meaning, if an EMEA project then hours for that time zone; likewise, for US projects then US time zone. I have Project Managers in both so will assign the PM based on where the customer is located. This would also be T&M based projects. We would let you know the project details and hours associated with the project, so if the resource is able to manage multiple assignments at once based on the hours in a specific project, then they can work on more than one project at a time
