Job Specifications:
B. Tech Mechanical/ Diploma in Mechanical with 8-10 yrs. of experience.
Preferably from Automobile industry from plastic manufacturing company background
Knowledge of ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001-2007
Knowledge of 5s, TPM

Principal Accountabilities:
Prepare the monthly operating plans (viz plant utilization) based on established priorities, availability or capability of workers, parts, material, machines, and equipment.
Adherence to all Statutory EHS and plant Compliances
Ensure team has absolute clarity on SOP’s, Process control norms and safety
Monitor & Track quality issues, analyze same and take appropriate corrective action.
Operate plant at planned level of efficiency.
Analyze every Customer Complaint and undertake root cause analysis in a CFT team
Quality management, rejection control
Ensure workers are trained on moulding/Post Moulding techniques, standard operation procedures and on quality parameters.
