Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management:
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate domestic staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs, nannies, chauffeurs, gardeners).
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff as needed.
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure communication and service quality.
• Household Operations:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, organized, and well-functioning home.
• Maintain household inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Implement and update household manuals and procedures.
• Maintenance & Vendors:
• Schedule and supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance services.
• Ensure all household systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning properly.
• Manage household repairs and renovations.
• Event Planning & Hosting:
• Coordinate and oversee private events, dinners, and gatherings.
• Liaise with chefs, caterers, florists, and other service providers.
• Ensure high-level hospitality and discretion.
• Budgeting & Administration:
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to the principal.
• Handle payroll or liaise with external payroll services for staff.
• Security & Confidentiality:
• Ensure security protocols are followed.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
• Discretion and trustworthiness.
• Proficiency in household management software or basic office tools.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.

Preferred Requirements

• Background in hospitality, estate management, or personal assistant roles.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• CPR or First Aid certification is a plus.

Salary will be 20K to 25K per month.
