Issuing Workstation of New Joinee
Issuing TAB & Voice SIM of New joinee as per need
Tie-up with New Hotels
Taking Branch Feedback regarding Admin Issue on weekly basis
Generating and Updating Admin Issue Call in Automation Module & resolution of the same within TAT
AMC of all non-IT Office Equipment
Maintenance of Electrical Equipment, Transformers, AC, RO, Tea/Coffee Machine
Handling CCTV installation & maintenance
Booking of Meeting & Training Room
Arrangement of Training Lunch (Need Based)
Ensuring to maintain stock of HK & Stationery in the offices
Co-ordinating with all Landlords to get Rent Invoice / Electricity Bills every month.
Checking of Electrical & Fire Safety Equipment on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Basis, making report and send to Head Office
Handling Asset Management
To ensure that Property Tax is paid well in advance .
