Job Profile
In this role, you would be acting as an intern for the first 2 months where you will be undergoing the training and initial process of learning. You would be responsible for ensuring that the students who want to join us have a smooth experience from admission to completion of the course. This would involve diverse activities from getting the proper documents from students and creating their accounts in the system to making sure they face no technical issues while making online payments. You would be required to solve any such queries and issues that may arise at these points to ensure the whole operation flows smoothly. Major responsibilities would be:
1. Ensuring Hassle-free payment experience for the learners.
2. Interacting with learners and external vendors.
3. Finance tracking and reporting.
Period Of Internship: 2 months, after which the intern will be converted to a full-time employee.
Stipend During Internship: 15,500 per month
CTC After Internship: 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 Per Annum
Educational Qualification: Not a criterion, but some understanding of finance would be a perk.
Location: Brookefield, Bangalore (Interviews will be remote)
