Processing General Insurance Policy issuance all the line of business and endorsements.

Should have good product knowledge in terms of Motor, Travel, Health, property and other LOB’s

Quality check of endorsements/certificates processed.

Team monitoring and ability to solve team queries.

Create MIS/reports for internal consumption and stakeholders.

Maintain and Monitor TAT.

Management of queries in I-Track and Non-EB systems.

Creation of MIS/reports.

Coordination with Stakeholders : Insurer/client/business for day to day transactions.

Conducting regular meetings with the insurer for resolution of issues and process improvement.

Raise system related issues with IT.

Maintain SOP documentation /QC checklist for processes.

Trigger service notifications to the insurer/client.
