Desired Candidate Profile

Reduction in machinery down time and overall OEE improvement.

Up-keep of plant and machines in shifts.

Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.

Achieving TPM targets.

Ensuring the basic conditions of plant and machines

Ensuring implementation of CLITA, JH.PM, SHE and QM pillars recommendations.

Meeting all system requirements.

Ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and TS 16949, TPM activities.

Reduction of MTTR & response time.

Effective utilization of manpower

Motivated and trained technicians.

Employee training on General machine maintenance, PLC& VFD Programming & troubleshooting.

Improvement in efficiency of Engg. Services activities.

Proper co-ordination with production & technical departments as & when require.

Monitoring & ensuring basic condition of all machines.

Monitoring & ensuring proper supply of utilities like Compressed air, water, LPG, Acid, ETP in shifts.

Avoiding accidents.

Tackle with emergency situations in shifts.
