:
Possess good communication skill with technical knowledge of AC, DG, and UPS; Electricity / UPS / Generator – Office wise Load factor, KVA, optimum utilization, savings.
Maintaining the data of Space Allocation through FMS Module. Allocation of Seats to Employees as per POP. Ensure to maintain 0 Vacant seats.
Ensure compliance of all admin related requests routed through Helpdesk.
To maintain and keep available Safety related compliance documents of the Buildings for owned/lease premises.
To ensure all offices are equipped with COVID19 safety material at all times.
Raising of requests for Agreements, Addendums, Vendor Agreements through BAGIC Juris platform.
Issuance of PO, booking of Invoice from P2P Module.
Maintenance of checklist of CCTV for assigned offices.
Keep in tack of all office equipment AMC for assigned offices.
Looking after the Cab Booking requests for Senior Employees.
Air conditioner – AMC, tonnage evaluation, optimum utilization.
Be proactive in monitoring of office compliance documentation such as Shops & Establishment etc…
Vigilant on advance intimation for Govt Related payments such as Property Tax, Advt. License Permits, Trade License etc.
BCP – Proactive response to all contingency
To ensure all the lease agreements are in place and valid with in timeline.
To follow with the branches and Landlords for commercial and other terms and conditions for lease agreements. Collect GST Rent invoices regularly on monthly basis.
Maintaining MIS of all the branches along with the admin expenditures.
Ensuring monthly Admin Expense provisions on time.
Maintaining complete data of all the assets and belonging branch wise.
Managing stores for maximum utilizations of space.
Good negotiation skills in terms of vendor empanelment & Vendor management skills
To ensure all the firefighting equipment’s are up to date and working at all times.
Following with the service providers for timely services of equipment as per agreed SLA
Coordinating with internal customers for assigned branches.
Visit to Area of Responsibility of assigned offices and to submit visit report along with resolution.
Maintaining MIS for all types of Telephone lines of SP’s at branches and company paid mobile connections of employees.
Attending internal and external audit and closing the observations within time frame.
Coordinating with various hotels within the zone for all kinds of events, booking etc.
Responsible for interior/renovation work as per branches requirement.
Housekeeping and Statutory Compliances .
Security and Statutory Compliances.
Should well versed in MS Office and Power point to make presentations.
