EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:-

Graduate + PGDM/ MBA (Sales/ Marketing/ International Marketing).

WORK EXPERIENCE:-

12 –20 years of experience in Consumer Durables/ FMEG/ FMCG/Lighting, must have 5 years of experience as International Head or Country Manager levels handling P&L.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Prepare an international sales & distribution strategy that integrates with the business & organizational goals to achieve overall monthly/ annual sales budgets and contribution targets for the BU. Achieve top line & bottom line of the BU.

2. To co-ordinate with various departments internally as well as with government utilities and funding banks externally for garnering projects globally.

3. Build and expand robust distribution infrastructure, develop distribution strategies to ensure network adequacy, prepare and execute sales & distribution plan (Primary & Secondary) to meet monthly objectives.

4. Plan new product launches by placement drives and appropriate trade visibility for sales results. Drive execution of sales plans, schemes, merchandising & trade marketing programs and activities through sales teams.

5. Formulate strategies with marketing for new product requirement, launch and placement in market.

6. Maintain and nurture good business relations with channel partner’s/ Government utilities/ Funded projects with banks like EXIM bank & Africa development bank.

8. Prepare sales forecast & coordinate with supply chain team to ensure 100% availability of products in time.

9.Keep track of competitor’s activities and strategies. Leverage research & other data to analyze and design sales strategies & tactics.
