SUN PHARMA Looking For Senior Officer – Granulation Officer Block B at Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Full Time

To ensure efficient execution of granulation processes (wet/dry) for oral solid dosage forms in compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise granulation activities (sifting, mixing, wet/dry granulation, drying, milling) as per batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Ensure equipment readiness and proper line clearance before starting any batch.
• Operate and monitor granulation equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Multi Mill, Sifter, Blender, etc.
• Maintain online documentation and ensure accuracy in BMR, logbooks, and other production records.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and safety protocols during all operations.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Warehouse for material availability, equipment maintenance, and line clearance.
• Perform in-process checks and ensure timely sampling for IPQA.
• Monitor environmental conditions and control parameters during the process.
• Train and guide operators and contract workmen for smooth operations.
• Participate in deviation reporting, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure cleaning and changeover of equipment as per procedures and maintain cleaning records.

Key Requirements

Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Granulation section of OSD manufacturing

• Knowledge of granulation techniques and equipment handling
• Understanding of GMP, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting and team coordination skills
