Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” We are looking to hire an experienced SEO specialist to scale our organic efforts, manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities related to specific corporate and business objectives. He will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks, including managing SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI (need basis).

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – countabilities associated with the job) – Develop and execute successful SEO strategies – SEO Audit – Technical audit to understand the crawlability indexing issues – Research more on new ideas and execution – Conduct keyword research to guide content team – Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes – Planning and execution of on- & off page SEO tactics – Collect data and report on traffic rankings and other SEO aspects – Strong SEO Fundamentals and should be an expert in On Page and Off Page optimization techniques (including dynamic sites optimization) – Strong understanding of social media optimization techniques – Understanding of Link building/PR optimization/Directory submissions/Article submissions – Complete understanding of search engine trends & algorithm – Google/Yahoo sitemap set ups – Knowledge of HTML XML CSS & related tools – Knowledge of web statistics like – Google analytics Web Trends Omniture etc. – Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written) – Process Oriented

Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications • B.E /B Tech/ MBA/ Graduate b) Work Experience • Minimum 5+ years SEO experience and with 1-2 years of SEO agency experience is a MUST • Should have knowledge on AMP • Should be familiar on daily updates (SEO, SEM, any recent Technology developments) • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices • Knowledge of HTML/CSS • Experience with SEO reporting • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Majestic SEO, AUDIT Tools) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) • Excellent communication skills • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude • Strong attention to detail with good interpersonal skills
