Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – We are seeking a Unit Manager/Sr Unit Manager for data science This role involves data analysis and finding new avenues of growth optimization and innovation across all products of Personal loans. This role requires ability to think and resolve complex business requirements and render them as prototype systems with quick turnaround time. He/she would oversee multiple projects concurrently. Responsibilities: • Analyze Business cases with in depth data analysis • Find new avenues of growth optimization and innovation • Ideate and conceptualize solutions based on business problems at hand and data sources available • Understand analyze and synthesize existing various data sources – customer digital journey existing product portfolio data demographics and risk data etc • Proactive and thoughtful approach in bringing more relevant and peripheral data to strengthen the data driven decision making • Continuous enhancement to customer records data science models and data programs to ensure the better performance of business • Constantly ahead of curve in latest Data Science related technologies and capabilities that are relevant to BFL/ Business • Fulfil document requirements & technical design between various internal & external teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
* 1. Master degree from Premier Institute 2. At least 2-3 years’ experience in data science 3. Strong educational background in mathematics/statistics/data science orientations (masters preferred) 4. Strong ML Model Implementation using configurable and high-quality pre-process, computation and model outputs 5. Strong Problem-solving ability and analytical skills 6. Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter 7. Strong communication and presentation skills
