BALM Hiring for HR Manager at Chennai Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HR compliances as per Trust Act
- Recruitment, orientation and training of new candidates at BALM
- Run equal opportunity workshops and sensitivity trainings for The Banyan and BALM
- Carry out exit interviews and other HR formalities
- Work with The Banyan team on mentorship for partner organisations running ECRC and Home Again on their internal service systems
- Work on automation of HR processes (management systems) and submit annual reports on HR trends at BALM
- Assist with budget preparation and utilisation statements in close collaboration with Accounts Associate, Administration Manager, Head of Finance and Deputy Director Finance.
- Help manage linkedin account and hiring.
- Require to audit online classes conducted by BALM
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
