Role Overview:

The Sales Trainer will play a key role in designing, conducting, and evaluating sales training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales team. As an on-site role, the trainer will work closely with team members, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver customized sales training modules that address team needs.
• Conduct interactive workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions to build confidence and skill sets.
• Analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to align training programs with business goals and strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest sales trends and techniques to ensure training relevance.
• Create a motivating and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor post-training performance and provide actionable feedback for sustained growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales training or a sales leadership role.
• Strong grasp of sales methodologies, tools, and performance metrics.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and coach teams toward achieving targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Pay: ?40,000.00 – ?50,000.00 per month
