• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market demands, and business objectives.

Product Development:

• Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and release management.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure product alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users, customers, and other stakeholders to improve the product.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.
• Conduct post-launch reviews and implement lessons learned into future product iterations.

Customer Focus:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback.
• Ensure customer-centricity in all product decisions and development processes.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the company.

Market Trends and Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Identify and assess new technologies and innovations that could enhance the product.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT or software industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and technology platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with experience gathering and incorporating customer feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing, SaaS products, or enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing).
