Job Description

Helping students justify their potential to achieve success in JEE exams and build their careers progressively. Mentoring them academically as well as non-academically to smoothen their path towards having a secured and bright future.

• Coaching students for CBSE, IIT/KVPY/ NTSE, using Classroom as well as online Mode.
• Offline Subject related Counseling /Guidance sessions and Mentoring Programs
• Preparing the subject wise weekly lesson plans, delivering lectures, and engaging the students in classrooms
• Regular Doubt clearing of students for performance enhancement
• Working towards developing and regular updating of study material, test papers, assignments etc.
• Participate and contribute in all the events, activities, initiatives organized by the management, inside and outside the premises.

Requirment :

• Good command on the subject, fundamentally strong and have good communication skills.

• Qualification – B.Tech. / M.Tech / M.Sc. from IIT’s / NIT’s .
• Experience – 4 to 5 years teaching experience in a reputed organization.
