Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd Hiring for Regional Sales Manager at Rānchī Full Time

Objective: Scale up supply-side of civil contractors by registering small contractors/ thekedars in civil construction on Bandhoo’s App.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through site visits, meetings, phone calls, references
• Meet prospects or call them to explain how they can benefit from Bandhoo’s App
• Show them examples and videos (available on Bandhoo’s YouTube channel) to get them to sign up
• Get them to download Bandhoo App on their smartphone and register them with all accurate details.
• Get references from onboarded contractors for similar other clients and approach them using phone call/ WhatsApp/ in-person meetings
• Ensure adherence to general business and company policies when conducting sales of products
• Maintain 100% honesty in all dealings
• BUILD A SMALL TEAM OF FIELD PEOPLE TO HELP WITH SCALE-UP

Profile (Education and skills required):

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English not important, and, written communication not important)
• Aptitude for persuasion
• Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
• Some experience in the sales environment (minimum 5 years)
• Good time management and well organized
• Bachelor’s degree
• Age less than 30 years
• Should own a bike (or have access to one) to be able to travel easily

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹75,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
