Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We’re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:
Dot Net developer with experience on developing, running, and managing project requirements and delivery. Working in a dynamic environment with changing demands and business requirements.

Initial requirements are to create a central reporting hub to host links to various external locations, embedding Tableau workbooks, and hosting dynamically updated stakeholder notifications.

Tableau server site admin responsibilities to include engagement with our central BI team to share communications with our site’s stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include the creation and management of the site’s users and groups, create projects to organise content on the site, and assign permissions to allow users (groups) to access the content.

What will you be doing?

• Working with internal teams to develop, build, test and deploy marketing automation lifecycle activity.
• Basic reporting skills.
• Optimising activity to increase deliverability and engagement.
• Working with the wider Marketing Platforms team to build better targeted and multi-channel campaigns
• Support the team to test and trial additional capabilities with our marketing platforms, where appropriate
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations e.g., GDPR and PECR
• Ensuring that a customer focus is at the heart of all campaign activity

What we’re looking for:

• Technical or marketing experience or education e.g., programming, data management, marketing technology or marketing platforms.
• Experience using email automation or campaign management platforms e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, or another platform.
• Experience in using reports to understand campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Data management and/or segmentation.
• Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification

o Experience with Hadoop tools or working within a Big Data Environment
