Basic Requirement:
- Must know MS Office
- Male/Female both can apply
- Age should be between 25 to 35 years
Job Duties:
- Weekly email communication to every sales person & management regarding ageing report of receivables O/s.
- Get revert from Sales person regarding expected receipts and reasons for late payments
- Weekly meeting with sales person regarding payments collections
- Payment follow up for the specified parties on regular basis over email communication / SMS / Whatsapp
- Issue of cheque to vendors & timely depositing customer’s cheque.
- Preparation of debtors receipt performance report on monthly basis & submit to management.
- Quarterly ledger reconciliation with customer
- Maintenance of Cash of Ahmedabad
- Maintenance of KYC of vendor & customer for master creation in the system & verification of the approved form for the same.
