M Inc Hiring for HR Manager at Remote Full Time

We are looking for an HR Manager to manage the company’s recruiting, HR operations and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Manager, you will:

• Coordinate all administrative activities related to personnel
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Implement performance review procedures
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply

Requirements

• A bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources or related area
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, some experience in IT company preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS)
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
• Ability to create a culture of diversity, collaboration and teamwork
• Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
• Work from Home (Remotely), should have own computer, high speed internet connection and appropriate work space

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
