Data Operator – Supplier Set Up Review

Location- Bangalore

Baxter Healthcare is a leading multinational company that develops and provides critical therapies for patients with life-threatening conditions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Operator to assist in reviewing and updating supplier set up data. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of supplier data, while identifying and resolving and discrepancies or errors in the data.

The key responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:

Data Operator Review

Review and analyze supplier set up data for accuracy and completeness

Ensure that all supplier data is entered into the system accurately and in a timely manner.

Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in the supplier data.

Communicate to the responsible person to obtain missing information or clarify data discrepancies.

Maintain a high level of data quality and integrity through ongoing review and audit.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of supplier set up activities.

Prepare reports and communicate findings to management as needed.

Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.

Helpdesk Ticketing portal management, ensuring all queries to end users, technical & process related are managed daily and answered in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
Third level qualification

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical /operational role

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools an advantage.

A willingness and ability to consistently provide quality, friendly service to customers

A proactive approach to work and assisting others. They must be a “self-starter”

Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to work and contribute as a member of a team in a challenging and dynamic environment; must be flexible in undertaking new and changing responsibilities

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills, displaying a high level of attention to detail

A flexible attitude in adapting to new and varied work requests (

Effective communication skills, written and verbal, including a good telephone manner

Ability to communicate in fluent English is essential. Fluency in other European languages is a plus.
