Output Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

Lead sales activities with local offtakers and market linkage partners in order to facilitate offtake of smallholder’s produce via Better Life Farming centres and partner FPOs leading to increase in sustainable income.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will be responsible for –

• Creating new clients in markets across India for produce coming from our better life farming centres.
• Visiting various mandis to meet traders & Aadatiyas.
• Understanding quality needs of the off-takers & matching it with right geography produce.
• Daily, weekly and monthly planning of off-taking quantity as per the demand forecast.
• Devising promotional schemes to attract more clients for the activity.
• Meeting sales quantity and revenue targets.
• Preparing pricing while benchmarking with various mandis for quality market intelligence.
• Maintaining good relationship across with different kinds of off-takers.
• Maintaining a good fill rate of 100%.
• Ensuring zero order cancellation due to quality issues or change in requirement.

WHO YOU ARE:

• MBA from reputed college
• People Management skills important
• Good mathematics skills, margin calculation skills
• At least 2 years of experience in sales profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mandi trade / General trade (GT)
• Ability to relate well with people at different levels of authority and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
