SERVICE CAPTAIN
– The primary goal is to give customers high-quality service.
– Recommend dishes from the menu as per customer needs
– Be able to enthusiastically interact with the customer
– Knowledge of English and ability to communicate in English is required
– Ensure proper order flow, serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner.
– Keep the dining areas clean and organized
– be able to provide feedback and recommendations on improvements in menu and service
– Basic computer knowledge is required
Qualification – Any Graduate
Experiance – 2 + years in same role
Role: Captain / Sr Captain
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
