Department FINANCE DEPARTMENT, CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE Tasks 1) Final settlement of employees (superannuation / resignation) in SAP
2) Assists in Income Tax Return filing, payments, passing entries
3) Assists in Provident Fund / ESI related area
4) Assists in passing journal entries in SAP i.e., Accounts receivables and payables, Receipts and payments, etc in Payroll area
5) Communication internally and externally i.e., Bankers, Insurers, Vendors & Others.
6) Assists Compliance of Statutory Payments and Returns Filing
7) Assists in processing of Vendor payments
8) Work allotted by Division in charge, on need basis Requirements Maximum Age : 35 years as on 01.10.2021

Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs.10000 to 20000 per month. (The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
Qualification
Essential: Any Graduate
Desirable: Post Graduation
Post Qualification Experience
Essential : 1) Minimum Three years’ experience in the Payroll, PF & ESIC returns, Bill processing functions etc with exposure in SAP FICO module /similar softwares in the Finance / Accounts department of a reputed establishment preferably in a Government organization as Contract staff /Trainee.
2) Good working knowledge of SAP / MS Office is essential
