Position: BDM – WEDDINGS & EVENTS

o Responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, including building sales through telephone calls, in-person sales meetings, and networking.
o Marketing the entire organization and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the organization.
o Tap potential new business opportunities with potential clients; Identify opportunity pipeline to help generate additional revenue from the existing client base.
o Cultivate client’s accounts and travel within the local area to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the organization.
o Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential clients and develop possible business opportunities.
o Developing field sales action plans. Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
o Receive and convert incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
o Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the organization and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate.
o Prepare and implement the organization’s marketing budget and plan.
o Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
o Should be able to assist marketing strategy, brand development. Ability to establish the brand’s presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
