Administrative Asst BCforward is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients. Job Title: Administrative AssistantDuration: 6 Months Location: Local to ArizonaJob Type: Contract Description: The medical staff services administrative assistant must act as a liaison between the medical staff and hospital in order to promote a cooperative relationship between the medical staff and the hospital in the accomplishment of their goals and strategic plans. The administrative assistant must also provide complete objective, and accurate information to the medical staff in a professional and ethical manner Skills neededExperience within a medical setting preferred. Real world experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, medical terminology, problem solving, database. Minimum RequirementsAdministrative assistant degree preferred or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Computer skills (i.e. word processing, database and spreadsheets). Type a minimum of 50 words per minute. Type a minimum of 50 words per minute. Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent telephone and public relation skills and knowledge of medical terminology. Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
