Citi Hiring For Research Product Associate at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time
The candidate will support the Client Interactions Feeds team as a Research Product Associate. The candidate will work in a global team responsible for managing client activities related to Research, Sales, and Corporate Access Events etc. for Citi’s most important clients.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that Citi provides accurate and timely information on services rendered to clients part of commission payment processes
Analyze, fix and highlight erroneous data to insure high level of data quality
Ability to deal with critical and urgent requests in a swift and efficient manner
Handle any escalations and/or queries from various teams across Citi
Liaise with numerous Vendors to resolve any issues
Review and revise current processes documents
Scope out requirements and execute to deliver on important projects
Perform UAT to ensure project related enhancements are deployed accurately and efficiently
Efficiently process feeds with minimal or no supervision
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and project management skills with undaunted focus on client service
Proficient with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivots
Experience with working on various vendor platforms such as OneAccess, Markit, CorpAxe etc. will be an added advantage
Ability to manage expectations and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate at different levels with ease
Ability to multi-task, independently manage workflow, and be able to prioritize tasks according to their urgency
Project management skills desired
Aptitude to handle and drive forward projects
Self-motivated, highly-focused and detail-oriented
Good team player
High level of energy
Desire to learn new processes
