• SAP HCM Module Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on business requirements, ensuring the system meets the organization’s needs.
• Process Optimization: Analyse current HR processes and workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using SAP HCM functionalities.
• Data Management: Oversee data migration, data integrity, and data maintenance activities within SAP HCM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM-related issues, including user support, system errors, and data discrepancies.
• Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow between SAP HCM and other business systems.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, and create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR processes, and generate reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Project Management: Manage SAP HCM projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SAP HCM updates, trends, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and user experience.
