JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Extraction and Data Manipulation: Take ownership in extracting data from multiple data sources
• Prepare and disseminate essential daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Summarize the reports and provide valuable insights from the data.
• Make business dashboards/presentations whenever required.
• Cross-functional integration: Coordinate with internal teams to understand their processes and metrics and provide solutions to increase efficiency.
• Discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyse data with attention to security and confidentiality.
• Should be aware of advanced Excel, H-lookup, V-lookup, Sum-if, Pivot Table.
• To ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within.
• Review presentations, manuscripts, tables and graphs for accuracy and quality.
• Monitor and analyse information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them.

Experience: 2-3 years in MIS field, knowledge of advanced excel formulas.

Technical Skills

• Excellent advanced excel skills
• Hands on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Ppt, etc)
• Should have excellent computer operating and typing skills
• Knowledge of google sheets, macros will be a plus
