PROJECT OVERVIEW: Infrastructure is hiring experienced personnel specializing large-scale greenfield aviation projects. The immediate need is for a potential project in the Delhi NCR, India. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Schedule Manager is responsible for program level planning and scheduling activities for a major airport project. The role requires demonstrated skill in integrating schedules and identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to scheduling problems and in analyzing, developing and presenting schedule impact analysis in a fixed price environment. The Schedule Manager provides general schedule guidance, direction and oversight of deployed planning teams, supervision and management of assigned staff and implementation of project training requirements relating to project procedure, tools and systems. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Guides & maintains all program level schedule development and maintenance monitoring activities. Develops, interprets, and executes policy objectives and standards applicable to schedule maintenance and the monitoring of development functions. Establishes and maintains the planning work breakdown structure and schedule hierarchy for the project. Development of milestone schedules, the development and maintenance of the management schedule, engineering progress monitoring, procurement/construction monitoring and update of the Baseline Works Programme and reported of schedule progress and status. Manages schedule change control, contract notice and reporting requirements and is responsible for maintaining schedule quality control and contractual compliance. Schedule analysis/study and problem-solving activities. Develops and interprets guidelines applicable to the analysis function. Schedule reporting activities and provides support and guidance for the display or presentation of schedule information. Provides data & support to Project / Project Controls Manager on overall schedule impacts and solutions. JOB KNOWLEDGE and QUALIFICATIONS. Significant experience of developing and analyzing program level schedules for major infrastructure programs of work. Skilled in oral and written communication, with a demonstrated ability to present planning and scheduling information to management and clients. Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems. Knowledgeable about current industry and technical developments. Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience. Degree inEngineering, Business, Construction Management with 10+ years ofexperience in project controls planning roles. Prior work experience in the aviation sector for 5+ years.
