Position: Tele-Sales Freshers at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Qualifications Required: Graduate in any discipline

Experience Required: Freshers desirous of making a career in Tele sales/ Edtech industry.

Other skills required: Should have Good Interpersonal Communication skills (English, Hindi and Marathi)

Job Responsibility:

· Required to handle Outbound, Inbound tele-calling & Online Chat Processes.

· Will operate in the General Day Shift, but should be open for rotational Weekly Offs.

· Outbound Process: Upsell & Cross-sell Executive and Certification Courses. Will be provided with leads.

· Inbound Process: Attend to the Sales & Services Calls Received On the Customer Care Numbers

· Online Chat Process: Be Available to Address Any Query Coming Through Online Chat Mode

· Responsible for Converting Telephone Enquiries Into Admissions

· Responsible for Achieving Business Targets Through Effective Counselling as per the Timelines

· Ability to understand and learn the CRM

Type of engagement: Full time, permanent, work-from-office

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
