Responsibilities and Duties
– Need to do the process over chat.
– Communicate with customers in real time and resolve the issues for any services.
– Client support handling.
– Handling customer queries on web chat emails.
– Maintain accurate customer records.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
– 12th pass / Bachelor degree required.
– Excellent Communication Skills
– verbal & written.
– One-year preferred experience on the same role
– Fresher can also apply
– Salary: 18500 to 21000/month
