Bellatrix Aerospace Private Limited is actively seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Associate – Marketing and Communications. In this pivotal position, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing strategic communication and marketing initiatives aimed at elevating the company’s brand presence, reputation, and market standing within the dynamic space industry.

As a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Bangalore, this leadership role demands an in-depth comprehension of the intricacies of the space sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in crafting and executing successful Public Relations, Communications, and Marketing strategies.

This opportunity represents a key leadership position where the incumbent will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the company’s brand visibility and market position. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop and implement impactful communication and marketing strategies within the unique landscape of the space industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Business Development team to formulate comprehensive PR, communications, and marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals and brand identity.
• Build relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers within the space industry.
• Writing press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to announce noteworthy company developments, product launches, partnerships, and significant events.
• Understand the competitor landscape and stay ahead of any threat to our brand position.
• Ensure that our PR efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals.
• Develop internal and external communication plans to ensure consistent messaging across all stakeholders.
• Oversee the production of internal newsletters, reports, and presentations.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, and accomplishments.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, encompassing website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Plan and organize industry events, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
• Monitor expenses, analyze return on investment (ROI), and adjust strategies as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Proven track record with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in PR strategy, communications, and marketing roles within the deep tech industry (good to have space industry knowledge).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing PR and marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Strong social media skills, including experience of publishing and monitoring the performance of posts on social media accounts such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Experience in handling / coordinating graphic design, animation, photography, videography, and using video editing software.
• Strong team player who can act on own initiative and work independently.
• Able to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines and changing priorities whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and without compromising the quality of the work.
