Recruiter – Automobile Industry

Job Brief:

· We are looking for a professional Executive Recruiter to source candidates for our Automobile Industry. Immediate joinees are preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Compile the requirements received from all the Team

· Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

· Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

· Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits

· Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed summaries to the HOD’s

· Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion

· Follow up with the team and assist with the candidate’s transition and on-boarding process

Requirements and skills:

· One-year proven work experience in Automobile Recruitment

· Deep understanding of recruitment process

· Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods

· Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

· Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

· Integrity and Confidentiality

· Any Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

• Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru – 560052, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
