Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:
– Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client
– Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
– Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
– Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
– Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
– Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
– Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
– Proven success rate at levels above quotas
– Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
– Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
– Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, soliciting new customers, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
– Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
– Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
– Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
– Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
– Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
– Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
– Good in English & Hindi
– Experience in B2C sales from startups in Edutech, gaming, ecommerce etc would be an advantage.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
– Experience closing enterprise level deals
– Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
– Ability to travel whenever required
– Proven success rate at levels above quotas
